Our kennel “Octopus” is official in 1992 registerd by the Raad van Beheer (F.C.I.)

Our kennel “Octopus” is established on a farm in Drenthe near Meppel and Hoogeveen in north of Nederlands.

The owners are Rob Sluyp & Anita Sluyp de Vente.

Rob has 30 jears experience with dogs, training police dog's (K.N.P.V.) shows, and we breed with pleasure and result Bull terriers.

Anita is grown up with dogs.

Both followed a class for Kyno Train by the Raad van Beheer,

Rob followed, after getting his diploma congresses for dogbreeders from Kyno Train for safe keeping and breeding with dogs.

We are joint founders of the breedcommittee Dutch Tosa-Inu, from the Multiraciale Molosser Club the "N.M.M.C".

de N.M.M.C. is the only official association for the Tosa-Inu in Holland!

Recognized by officially Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland ( Dutch Kennel Club ) www.kennelclub.nl

In 1997 we get our first Tosa (import Hongarije.)

After that there followed allot more of imports.

From diffrent countries we begon to import the Tosa’s with the target get more new blood, that the race Tosa-Inu needs.

This with position more health and welfare to further the race.

We are breeders from one race the Tosa-Inu, where from we knowing the bloodlines!

We don’t breed with aggressive dogs or animals who has heavy or have disqualify faults.

We place us complete in service for the Tosa-Inu, the using dogs request on the high selection demand.

As breeders we take the responsibility job on us, not only beautiful but also characterfull and healty racetypical dogs to breed.

We are very selective with select for one and so good possible breedcombination.

For you the security to obtain a good Tosa-Inu.

For us the manner, us to distinct from disorganized commercial breeders.

Our breedresults of the last years show more high quality.

Our puppy’s be will by placed after a seletion, we are using a waitinglist, so when we have enough serious people we go start to breeding.

We have regular contact with breeders form different countries and with different molosserclubs and we go frequent to the dogshows for competition with other breeders !
